These leaves are spread thinly in a dry room, and we periodically flip them by hand to minimize excessive heat transfer, allowing them to naturally wither and air dry. The taste is essentially the pure essence of tea from the windy and sandy environment. It has a faint, delicate fragrance, a gentle sweetness, and leaves a lingering aroma in the mouth.
